Carmen Maendel
From fitness coach and photographer to published poet and bestselling author, my journey has never been linear, but it has always been led by God.
Over the last decade, I’ve launched multiple businesses, mentored women on their healing journeys, and poured my heart into creative expression. I’m the author of Courageous Woman: Casting Cares Upon Jesus and a contributing author to eight anthologies through She Rises Studios and Fenix TV.
I co-own Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC with my amazing husband Nate—we’re a husband-and-wife team who lead with integrity, serve with joy, and love our community deeply.
Through every chapter of life, my goal has remained the same: to glorify God with my gifts and encourage women to rise up in faith, freedom, and boldness.
